Notely (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a note-taking and drawing application for iOS. Your privacy is important to us, and we designed Notely with privacy at its core.
Notely does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically, we do not collect:
All notes, drawings, sticky notes, images, and imported documents you create in Notely are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data. If you delete the app, your locally stored data will be removed with it.
Notely offers the option to lock individual notes using Face ID or a password. This authentication is handled entirely on-device by Apple’s Local Authentication framework. No biometric data or passwords are transmitted or stored by us.
Notely does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud services. The app operates entirely offline.
Notely does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no user registration of any kind.
Because Notely does not collect any data, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
